@prstgehomes: NOT A HOTEL RUSUTSU: A New Standard of Luxury Living in Hokkaido with Panoramic Views of Mount Yōtei Crafted by the globally acclaimed architects @snohetta, this ski-in/ski-out landmark at @notahotel_official reimagines alpine living where nature, design, and wellness converge. The residence spans 1,200 sqm across two sculptural volumes: the lower level, embedded into the landscape, houses a private gym and sauna, while the upper level cantilevers dramatically above the slopes, featuring a lounge, dining area, kitchen, and open-air bath—all oriented to frame Mount Yōtei through sweeping glass façades. Floating bedrooms and a tranquil study create an atmosphere of calm retreat, while locally sourced stone and timber root the design in Hokkaido’s alpine character. More than a villa, this is a hybrid of co-ownership retreat and boutique hotel, envisioned to elevate the Rusutsu region while offering guests rare privacy alongside dynamic social spaces. 📍 Rusutsu Resort, Hokkaido, Japan Design: @snohetta | Operated by: @notahotel_official #fyp #mansion #homedesign #luxuryhomes
