@claudiajulialisson: Improving HRV 📈 One of my biggest focuses right now is improving my HRV (heart rate variability). Basically, it measures how well your body can handle stress and recover. Because the real glow up isn’t just external… it’s nervous system regulation 💅 Here’s some of my habits: 👟 10k steps a day for STEPtember (movement = medicine) 🧘♀️ meditation & prayer (Joe Dispenza, gratitude practice, future self visualisations) 📖 15 minutes of reading (currently reading The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron) 💧 hydrating & nourishing food (limiting caffeine when needed) 🌙 sleep hygiene (real glow ups start with rest) 🪞 self-worth practices (boundaries, journaling, feminine energy check-ins) ✨ shadow work + mindset resets It’s not “just routines.” Every step, breath, and boundary is literally training my nervous system to become the version of me I’ve been waiting to be stepping into. #nervoussystemhealing #loopband #hrv #treadmilldance #weightlossjouney
