Pediatric Dental assistant (6 years) these are not recommended and aren’t cleaning the teeth properly. I always tell my patients that want to continue using them to brush with a regular toothbrush after.

As a pediatric hygienist you should be brushing your kids teeth until they can tie their own shoes they can’t properly brush their own teeth.. 2 minutes 2x a day. Heck I brush my 14 year old with braces sometimes too 🤣🤷🏼♀️
