@charlie: This is where science meets travel. Here is my brutally honest review ➡️ I’ve been all over the world and I’ve never discovered anything to this magnitude. To be completely honest, this isn’t your normal bio hacking “resort” and it’s definitely not your “biggest loser ranch”. They arent going to starve you, they aren’t going to sell you on all the bio hacking trends. They believe in fixing the core of why people die early! Food! Heart disease! And they believe in letting the body heal itself thru food! This place starts you off with a doctor, nutritionist, blood work, ekg, and tests all your biomarkers. This is where people go to learn how to live longer. In my first 10 days here I’ve lost 8 pounds. Disclaimer! It’s not a fat camp. They don’t starve you. They actually feed you 5 times a day and the food is delicious! This is my 6th time coming here. I first came in 2017 when I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I stayed 2 months! And it changed my life completely. I wanted to make this video because this place is a secret hidden gem in America. You can find wellness resorts in Europe, and Asia, but this is maybe the only medically based wellness resort here in America. The name of it is called PRITIKIN LONGEVITY CENTER
