same with any non-autoloaded tank, take the leopards on the 2a7v with upgraded crew it's still 6,3 (ace:6,0) in real life they can load a round every 3-4 seconds.

unfortunately wt i don't think will ever simulate reloading properly it's all depending on the tanks ammo layout, ergonomics, loaders strength speed and stamina, ammo placement, or autoloaders speed mechanics and also ammo layout and placement the tanks design can also influence how well it reloads it's alot and in wt it's just crew lvl and training they also edit their loading speed to whatever fits them I've really not seen any realistic sim simulate this well even GHPC steel beasts or sturmovik

TBH gaijin should add next crew lvl that needs grind and you cant buy it, lets say half of ace crew, and it only buffs last perks like driving aiming commanding and reload for 20%, maybe autoloading vehicles will suffer but hey they will never do this bcs i said it will not be able to buy

I think it's even thought in tank schools but basically what you saw was that the loader loaded a round already picked up a new one waited for the gun to be fired slammed in the second one and repeated a proces for the third Werry effective if you need to fire in quick succession but it's Werry demanding on the physical side and an experienced loader can do this for like 10 to 12 round but he will be exhausted after
