Ingredients: *4 cups Arrowhead Mills Unbleached Bread Flour *1 ¾ cups warm water *1 ½ tsp instant yeast *1 tsp sugar, honey, or agave *¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling *2 tsp fine sea salt *6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted *2 tbsp garlic paste (or finely grated fresh garlic) *1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cheese of choice) *2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), chopped *Flaky sea salt or finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, for sprinkling Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, whisk warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy. 2. Stir in olive oil, Arrowhead Mills Unbleached Bread flour, and salt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms. Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth. 3. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour). 4. In a pan over medium heat, add butter, oil, garlic paste, and herbs til fragrant. Set aside to cool 5. Grease a 9x13 pan with olive oil. Place the dough into the pan. Brush generously with garlic butter and scatter shredded cheese. Fold into itself. 6. I just made one stuffed with brown sugar, cinnamon, and peaches and drizzled it with a peach glaze and it’s amazing. Not too sweet, pillowy and soft inside, and makes excellent grilled toast.
