If they repo your bike for not having an endorsement then you’re ignorant of the US Constitution & SCOTUS, bc it’s already been ruled that traveling on any road; for private purposes; by whatever conveyance, is a RIGHT, not a “privilege”, and does not require ANY license!!!!! Know your rights, before speaking out your🫏—SHAPIRO vs. THOMSON, 394 U. S. 618 April 21, 1969. reaffirmed 1999—* Thompson v. Smith, 155 Va. 367,154 SE 579 (1930) & (1972)…. & many more! Everyone acts tough on a motorcycle but 99.9% of them have submitted to tyranny by getting a license WHICH IS THERE TO CONTROL THEM!!!!!!!!

Why risk it. It is what, under $20 every four years or so to have the endorsement. If you can't pass the test just say that.

When I grew up in PA my dad used to tell me after riding for years that he would only get a permit since it was good for 6 months and most people didn’t ride in the winter over here at the time. He did that for years. I laughed cause I didn’t think it was a thing until I heard a lot of old timers say the same thing. lol

My insurance company sent me a letter saying they would cancel my insurance without a endorsement.

Where I live at they don’t bother you if you have a normal license and insurance. I’ve been in 2 accidents this year and they didn’t even question it in either one. Only time something was said I got pulled on the way to bike week in 2024 and he just side eyed me and told me to get one.

I'm 67 when started driving they only asked if i wanted a mc endorsment said yes had it since.

I got my MC back in 1975 I had it all through my life. So I thought, but in 1992 after I moved from one state to another and back to the other state they never added it on. I got pulled over told the cop dude I've had a license since before you were born No. I didn't get a ticket but I went back to the endorsement place and I made him put it on. I didn't have to take the test even back to 1975 I never took the test.

I had a permit ( no highways,no passenger and no riding at night)just never went in for the riding test. Every time I got stopped was on a highway at night with a passenger.

In North Carolina unless you are riding two up you didn’t need a endorsement I was told that after I had been riding for 20 years with out one

I rode 10 years without a endorsement, went ahead and got it and it was incredibly easy, I will say though my insurance doubled because they assumed I had it.

I got my bike towed when I was riding on a permit. Cost me a few hundred dollars and I had to have a friend with an endorsement get it out of impound. I wasn't even doing anything, cops just ran my plate and saw no endorsement
