Ok so as an ER provider this is so accurate but I had a couple people the other day who seemed really calm, like they just wanted to get high. They said they used “Salt.” My social work friends tell me that means bath salts but their behavior just didn’t track with that. What is “salt” if it’s not that?

With ADHD and anxiety, i've been accused of doing drugs which has made my social anxiety way worse and depressing😳😳 Im sober & don't drink either. So maybe that sould be explained

I don't nod out, but when I dissociate I (get derealization/depersonalization) I've been accused of being high. My eyes look vacant,my pupils look big, but my health anxiety could never do substances lol.
