What helped me was to deactivate all my social media—Facebook, Instagram and i deactivated my main TikTok account. It really helps with my healing process really, it gets lonely at first, but over time, it's so peaceful! I get to spend more time with myself and my hobbies alone working on my mental health ESPECIALLY. Watch all kind of media and the best of all, READDD. i would start with Healing Isn't Pretty by Mira Hartson, it can shift mindset like no other book ever.
