Some people even lose weight in there first trimester because of nausea and vomiting most weight gain happens in your second and third trimester but weight gain is healthy and believe me the weight is just your healthy growing baby, I gained 33 pounds in my first pregnancy and I’ve gained 29 in this pregnancy and I’m about to be 36 weeks but I lost the weight by like 6 weeks pp with my first 😂

I lost 18 lbs and only gained 18 lbs throughout the whole pregnancy from 12 to 35 weeks and then when the baby gained a pound I did too I went from 180 when I went into labor to 150 the day I got home from the hospital
