Yes the accent is bad, but give him a chance. You have a profesor who is well dressed, writing on the board, explaining the concept the best he can, trying to get students to understand, and is enthusiastic about what he is teaching. From my experience, would be lucky for and old tenured american professor to be even one of those things.

Discrimination against immigrant employees including University faculty and staff has risen significantly this year and its very sad that this is the next generation of American citizens who are about to enter the workforce and society overall 😕😕 I think lately, they think it's more and more okay to harass and discriminate against legal immigrants, instead of reflecting internally and asking themselves, why? Maybe you weren't raised in a diverse community, so you're not used to it, but those who have been around diversity before are used to it, so it's time for you to catch up by putting in some effort, because if you are trying to get a job in STEM, your supervisors and coworkers will also be immigrants. If you cannot successfully, respectfully, and patiently communicate with people who have different backgrounds than you now, then use college as the opportunity to learn, so that you can get a job and last at your job after college.

From my experience bro, foreign professors are some of the best because they’re often empathetic, genuine, and really care about students learning, and since they come from different educational systems, they bring unique teaching styles that can teach you a lot if you show them you’re trying
