For curiosity, are dockets still paper base. Don’t our government have a huge data base.. wow we store these things on the cloud. This will ensure accurate and secure tracking.. who open the file , who edited and who deleted. Infact the could be a feature to disabled any access to the file without security clearance by a superior and they must be at least two and the detective or officer who needs access to the file.

General Mkhwanazi made a wild claims and now they are playing hide and seek. The dockets are part of the investigation of the Commission, why are they tampering with it now? What is going on? Police Top brass are playing politics here? Is it because Mr. Khumalo was arrested? What is real happening here? Is Minister Mchunu or Mr Sibiya really involved in criminal activities?
