cash for clunkers caused alot of the "inflation" in the used/classic car market imo. I picked up a 02 is300 for 4k and its kinda clapped but has been driven not beaten on to my knowledge, but ive seen some that are in rougher shape than mine asking 7-9k for my area.

You misunderstood the point of my video which is totally fine just means i emphasized on the wrong things I understand supply and demand & I’ve used it to justify the price of older cars as well before. The point of ny video was a response & reasoning to a few posts from JDM fans I saw crying about how the JDM scene is dying I was simply explaining the reason everyone is buying BMW’s or mustangs & people aren’t really interested in the Japanese stuff anymore, it’s objectively over priced for what the cars are & most young enthusiasts can see that and are choosing other options
