After losing internet for 2 days, Plex is a pain. It loads EXTREMELY slow when you lose internet. Jellyfin does not have that issue.

Wouldn’t bother with overseerr over jellyseerr, afaik overseerr hasn’t had an actual update in a while while jellyseerr still gets regular updates.

Can someone explain why you would use any of these apps over just Plex watchlisting and using something like Pulsarr or Watchlistarr to handle the background stuff? Why would I use another app?

okay I just use Plex and have my media sorted with folders and file names then Plex gets fancy metadata out of the box, why would I want any of this

Why overseerr? Can’t you just hook up sonarr and radarr to monitor the Plex watchlist? And discover media through Plex?

I use Plex on my home pc, manually pulling omdb and "getting" my media direct from magnet links. if I want to use this kind of thing (sonarr etc) can I do it from my windows or pc, or will I need to change to a home server? I have Plex lifetime and my friends use it as a platform
