Honestly Kansas BON is sooo backwards. I got married and changed my name. They insisted I file I specific form to change me name that had to be notarized - along with my marriage paperwork. Like.. ?? Why?? WHO IS TRYING TO CHANGE MY NAME?

Kansas RN here and I know that ARNP. She was one of my professors when I went back and got my BSN. She is a wonderful nurse with integrity and an honest person. Our Kansas state board of nursing needs more oversight

She was my nursing professor. I am an amazing nurse because of her mentorship and teaching. Irony is she would read a current event in healthcare that challenges ethics in healthcare. Now she is the headline students will read about. May they all stand up like Siple! #istandwithsiple

I'm never travel nursing in Kansas. All I hear is negative things about their BON. They are about to have a serious nursing shortage and I heard somewhere that their state government is about to defund them
