people think yatta > vee when in reality it’s vee > yatta… vee’s active helps the distractor TREMENDOUSLY and they both have similar stealth, yatta just has more walkspeed. sure yatta’s passive is nice because it drops boxes of chocolates but it’s hard for distractors to grab said boxes of chocolates BECAUSE of yatta’s stealth. yatta’s only better than vee if there’s a bassie to pick up and drop off the boc

its true her stealth is the main problem but vee just isnt needed anymore vee used to be meta because we thought goob was meta because if his 2 star stealth too but everything changed when pebble got his ability rework being able to use bark as a airhorn instead of having a vee to locate twisteds for the distractor its just not needed for a vee for the purpose of her abilities anymore her extraction is good but when you have shellies with veemotes and 75% extraction boosts vee just looks like a snail and ends up actually doing less machines than a shelly would because of their differences in speed this is coming from a pebble and sprout main who consistently gets to floor 100+ i personally dont need a vee to get my twisteds when i have teammates to locate and pass them to me

the thing is , if you use looey, then you can use shellies and EASILY distract while at the same time having amazing extractors, not needing to worry about shellys taking aggro because they can literally just go through you to get to a machine. thats what vee CANT do and shes also SLOW. im not saying vee is bad but its quite difficult to make her GENUINELY useful and important to a team

We are talking about META, her stats r not good because people prefer shelly because she has shown to be better , people wanna speedrun, thats meta, 70+ floors, Abilities: Her ability is overglazed, i mean her ability is okay,, but not META why? because kiters know how to gather twisteds easily , her ability ti see machines is not very good but its okay since her speed is slow. Pro players know machines placements. Shelly is way better 🔝

The stealth with Looey doesn't necessarily function like that. it falls between losing LOS or the distractor looey forgets the the twisteds love stealth priority when they decide to get close to you just to scare you which I've seen a lot of distractors do, cause distracting can get mind-numbingly boring including with music[unless they got a trinket or airhorns on deck for that but not alot of distractors use em]. it may get even more of a problem if the machine is in a looping spot,with no backup, certain twisted combinations, and everyone's favorite machine placements. However I believe it can be easy fix with vee's ability to know where distractor is and knowing good spots where its not near the distractor with basic map memorizing,and basic teamwork[if people recall ever recall how to communicate properly]

If you think about it.. vees stats makes sense well why? First bc she has 2 stealth bc tvs glow when turned on, she has 2 movement speed bc shes as 90’s robot ofc shes gonna be slow and her whole point is to be the fastest extracter shes good but not meta

I love having vees in my run as a distractor mostly because I am so bad at finding twisteds ESPECIALLY in blackouts so having a vee is incredibly helpful. Also pretty helpful for dyles floor!!

Vee’s active is so incredible useful for gathering as a distractor, you know where to start heading to distract but you also know WHO you’re distracting which means you can prepare to drive like peb or Vee and you don’t spend the whole round looking for the last twisted only to find out it’s Rodger
