The thing they don’t tell us is that if they don’t hit state minimum wage with there tips the employer has to top up there pay. When you tip your server you are paying the employer. The server needs to negotiate a living wage. Don’t expect me to top up your wage!!

People forget that tip is a reflection of your serves. Expecting a tip from a charitable organization is ridiculous! You only expect to do your job based on a potential tip? Talk to your boss about implementing a mandatory tip for big orders the way restaurants do.

What she isn’t saying is the opposite end. I worked many jobs where you get tips: food delivery, hotel, server. They even out or you change jobs. My sister got a nose candy habit off tips alone
