@hawkeyes977: เมื่อวันที่ 3 กันยายน แหล่งข่าวจากทำเนียบรัฐบาล เปิดเผยว่า หลังจากที่นายภูมิธรรม เวชยชัย รองนายกรัฐมนตรี ปฏิบัติหน้าที่นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้กราบบังคมทูลร่างพระราชกฤษฎีกายุบสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เมื่อวันที่ 2 กันยายนที่ผ่านมา ปรากฏว่าวันนี้ (3 กันยายน) สำนักองคมนตรี ในฐานะหน่วยงานกลั่นกรองหนังสือ และถวายความเห็นประกอบการกราบบังคมทูล เพื่อทรงมีพระบรมราชวินิจฉัย และทรงลงพระปรมาภิไธย ได้ส่งคืนร่างพระราชกฤษฎีกากลับมาให้สำนักงานเลขาธิการคณะรัฐมนตรี (สลค.) โดยหนังสือนำส่งกลับคืนมา ระบุว่า การกราบบังคมทูลร่างพระราชกฤษฎีกายุบสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ไม่เป็นไปตามระเบียบการนำเสนอเพื่อขอพระมหากรุณา เนื่องจากเป็นเรื่องที่มีปัญหาข้อขัดแย้งว่ากระทำได้หรือไม่ ประกอบกับเลขาธิการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกา ได้ทำความเห็นประกอบว่ารัฐบาลรักษาการไม่สามารถกราบบังคมทูลร่างพระราชกฤษฎีกายุบสภาฯ ได้ จึงไม่สามารถกราบบังคมทูลเพื่อทรงลงพระปรมาภิไธย ได้ ทั้งนี้ มีรายงานข่าวว่าเลขาธิการคณะรัฐมนตรี ได้ทำรายงานให้นายภูมิธรรมในฐานะผู้กราบบังคมทูล ทราบแล้ว โดยนำเสนอหนังสือของสำนักองคมนตรี ไปให้ทราบด้วย #ยุบสภา #องคมนตรี

My Story with Kira 🦁✨ Many of you have been asking how Kira came into my life, so I want to share her story. Unfortunately, her mom was killed, leaving her all alone. I was given the chance to rescue her, and since then, I’ve been her “mom”—providing love, stability, food, and milk while guiding her through this journey. Right now, Kira lives in my home, but by the end of this month she’ll be moving to a large open terreno where she can roam freely and feel like she’s in the wild—safe, protected, and loved. I’ll be with her at all times, making sure she grows into who she truly is: a lioness. My intention has never been to domesticate her or treat her like a pet, but rather to give her the security, freedom, and respect she deserves. Some people ask, “Why not send her to a sanctuary?” And while I understand that sanctuaries can sometimes offer lions the chance to be with a pride, the truth is that’s not always the best option for every rescued cub. In Kira’s case, she was separated so young that she could face rejection or danger from other lions. Most importantly, no one will ever love and protect her the way I do. With me, she has stability, safety, and constant care. For those who wonder where I live, I can’t disclose my exact location for privacy reasons, but I can share that I live in South America. I have the full support of my family, and I hope to always count on yours too as I share this beautiful adventure with you. Kira’s journey is just beginning, and I’m so excited to show you all the beauty of being part of her life. 💛🦁
