The state gives authority to county employees and cops / LEO to go on to unsecured land. That means owning the land is not enough. You have to have it fenced and all gates locked up. They can not jump fences or open hard locked gates. If you want people not to be able to walk on your land, you have to secure it. I get it, its your land, but you need to learn the laws that favor the state and LEOs. And force them to get search warrants.

the guy trespassing does not understand he's out in the public he does not have any rights he can be filmed at any time with consent or without consent not to mention that he is on someone's private property so he definitely has no rights

They only allow to inspect buildings if you buildings permit. But they must go to your door and states permission why & see if you buildings a house. W/o permit..? And by laws you have 24 hours to get a permit.

I get the property is private and they were trespassing, however if they were already leaving what is the point of repeating over and over and over to leave the property? Would it not been easier and more effective to say "This is private property from point A to B to C to D. You are trespassing, do not come back" then record them leaving? What is the point in getting aggressive when they where polite and doing as told.
