That should have been criminal negligence for putting the woman in danger, but I'm sure the officers wasn't charged.

she wasn't killed, but she WAS seriously hurt and sued the PD. This happened some years back, the female officer initiated the stop, but a male officer put her in HIS cruiser. There's a recording of another officer telling him to move off the tracks but he ignored and focused on trying to find a weapon the woman supposedly threw out of the window
