This is the reason of why i broke up with my ex even though i was emotionally attached to them. I felt like they were gaining some energy every time we talked while i kept losing my spark and energy and returned to have bad thoughts more often… all of that went away once i broke it off

What hes saying is absolutely correct. I wish I new this a few years ago because I was around a very low frequency person and I felt my energy and power leaving me.
