🍠 THE EASIEST HIGH-PROTEIN SWEET POTATO BOWL This is one of those meals that looks like you put way more effort into it than you actually did 😂 I threw my sweet potato in the Instant Pot while I showered, came back down and basically just had to cook the chicken + onions. Cut open your sweet potato, load it up with the ground chicken + onions and drizzle 1 tsp hot honey over everything. 🤌🏼 I added cottage cheese + diced apples to mine and the sweet + savory combo was SO GOOD.
