i do all this except the first exercise. I love working out shoulders

Reverse the order. Start with lateral and rear delts so that you can control the weight and target the smaller aesthetics muscles. You will still have some energy in the tank to blast your full shoulders in a shoulder press which mostly target front delts that are mostly torched in bench presses
