I stopped groove 2016 age 24 ,stopped alcohol 2020 cos I hated the long hang overs and taking days to recover ,now my body cant handle it, so njeh as much I have FOMO I choose to stay sober cos im more clear and productive

Facts… From moral fibre to self actualisation, alcohol misuse and groove culture derails a lot of lives. Alcoholism is being perpetuated in future families. It’s really not a coincidence. Youth, who should be the most active, questioning, and revolutionary are dulled by alcohol and currently found less likely to organize or resist against societal injustices. Quite systematic.
