Salute to all scrub nurse! it’s difficult. hindi lang yan basta taga abot. Minsan pag hindi pala salita yung doctor ilatag lang niya kamay niya sa harap mo, dapat alam mo yung iaabot mong instrument. kaya siyempre dapat alam mo rin yung procedure na ginagawa.

The pressure of being an instrument nurse, lalo na pag strict ang surgeon, talas ng dinig, at alam mo dapat ung tools, common sense din and sterility kung ayaw mong masigawan ng “SCRUB OUT!” 😅

Scrub nurse/OR nurse is literally your eyes,nose and savior once you are unconscious inside the OR.They are one of the few people who will literally scold other people/dept once something is wrong with you or something not right. 💕

I got traumatized when I was SN huhu I handled the instrument wrong the surgeon yelled at me. For me, this is the most terrifying and hard part as a nurse coz a single mistake most likely fatal to pt. salute to all OR nurse♥️
