people say shes an unreliable narrator and im like.. in a way but not the way theyre implying? unreliable in the way that it's her pov, her feelings, her looking at these situations and not us looking at the entire picture. its her picture which probably isnt always the truth

I love that Feyre isn’t the typically “street smart” impoverished character. Real poverty is terrifying and isolating and that’s how she lived. Poverty also makes you feel so out of control that the things you CAN control become important to you. That’s why she makes those choices that seem infuriating, but if you view them as “oh she’s just trying to feel like she has some control in her life” her choices are understandable.
