How to you respond to someone who puts you on the spot with a question that is none of their business? I have a co-worker who is a toxic gossip and she kind of pounces with probing questions. I don't lie, but how do I not answer. I say "that's not my info to tell" when she's gossiping about others, but how do I respond when it IS my info to tell, but not to her?
