Yes I am in Va and when I was on probation, they didn’t care. I smoke weed as long as I had a medical card.

We have total sobriety orders but a note from a doctor and a court order allowing 🍃 is permitted. BUT it won’t be permitted unless you’re compliant in all other aspects.
