Went two months without talking not a word bc I felt it was one sided and wanted to focus my energy on my family… finally I said something and she’s the one hurt bc I never reached out and her son had surgery but she never told me when and last I knew she was on the fence on when to have it done. Now I’m the bad friend.

6+ months of trying to reach out to someone and check up on someone that i used to see/talk too every day…/: ends with getting ignored or fake “sure we’ll make plans” and then not another word. Kind Used to it at this point. Makes me sad but j guess that’s life?

I one time tried this and she didn’t reach out at all so then I got mad and reached out to her and told her how upset I was. She said she was so sorry and didn’t mean to do that and she would work on it. I haven’t heard from her in 2 years.

One day I just stopped texting and no messages or calls came through. Who I thought were friends for life suddenly did not seem to care. Although I was the one that stopped talking first to see if it mattered to them or not but knowing it doesn’t still hurts after so many years.
