As I've said before, you can not do this alone! Yeah, you can train alone as some do, but it will only get you so far. As I found out thru this process, it gets emotional, prep causes brain fog, deprivation can cause some poor decisions real fast and when it gets down to the real nitty gritty, you can't trust your own eyes and feelings. You need other PEOPLE to pick you up or stand in for you. Lose the ego and lean on your support. that's the way. That being said... Thank you @buffbiddy you are my greatest supporter. You weathered the storm, and you saw the whole picture that not everyone gets to see. You saw me break down and lose it and stayed strong by my side. I love you so much! Thank you for your love and support. @tx_muscle_ifbbpro - Scott started out my training partner. The most consistent and intense training partner I've ever had! We started kicking around the idea of him coaching me thru this run and I was super reluctant. He is such a good friend and training partner that I didn't want to mess with it. Then, one day I was speaking with @the_juggernaut, and he said that being a good friend is exactly why I should choose him (obviously the conversation was longer and deeper than just this statement and I thank you for that Tye), so I did...and we won and then won the overall! Winning this show is such an accomplishment for me, but doing it with a friend was so much more meaningful!
