Don’t cash out. Sell the blackrock mutual fund. Reinvest in something else. You will also face tax implications. You can also borrow against your 401K and then you’d pay yourself back to pay off debt.

People are hating but I’ll give a more nuanced perspective. What is the % on your student loans? If it’s high (over 6%) then there’s an argument to pay them off rather than invest. It may be a better option to just stop investing in a 401k and using that to aggressively pay down student loans. Cashing out your 401k early is almost surely a bad idea but there are fringe cases. If you don’t like blackrock companies you can probably change your portfolio in your 401k to divest from those without causing yourself to pay a ton of taxes and fees. Best of luck though 👍
