Manuka honey comes from the Manuka tree (Leptospermum scoparium), which grows mainly in New Zealand (and small parts of Australia). Its flowers bloom only a few weeks a year.

Add a bit olive oil & and drop of flowery essential oil, a bit of castor oil & maybe some aloe Vera…can rub it all on your skin & your hair etc…the honey is a carb source with life in it..if you give them fats to play with they can make use of them and further penetrate the good stuff into your skin…using just honey lures the bad bacteria out n the slight peroxide amount does a light bleaching on the skin. What you’re doing is a cleanse…add extra ingredients it becomes nourishing..final step after it all off would be coconut oil to protect it….
