Ugh, there’s nothing worse than a customer who is wrong but has decided to double down and just scream their head off. Like forget not accepting taking the consequences of their own actions, they can’t even articulate what they want or any reasonable resolution. Nope, it’s been like that all day. I had a lady mad at me because her doctor told her medication would be free till 2099. She goes on to read a letter. It was a letter for her prior authorization. I’m like maam!! That’s an authorization to give permission to fill you meds you still have to pay your copay! It’s not free!
