I actually miss my braces, but since they’re already gone, I’m stuck wearing my Hawley retainer 24/7. I don’t mind it. The pain is bearable, and weirdly…I kind of enjoy it, but every time I remove it to eat, it suddenly loosens and creates tiny gaps in my teeth 😩. Then I end up running back to my dentist twice a week just to get it tightened. I’m not lazy about wearing it ,I’m just exhausted from all the dentist visits. Honestly,not okay
