@becky_bfit: chicken & leek creamy pasta 🤤 Ingredients (serves 3): 2 large leeks, sliced 3 large garlic cloves, diced 3 chicken breasts, chopped 1 tbsp mixed herbs 1 tsp paprika Pinch of salt, sugar and pepper 3 tbsp 50% less fat creme fraiche 100ml chicken stock 50ml single cream 1/2 cup Parmesan 240g dry weight pasta Firstly, dice your garlic and slice your leeks and fry off in a pan until soft. Then chop your chicken and add to the pan. Add all your seasonings and fry off until sealed. Then add the creme fraiche, stock and single cream and mix until it forms a sauce. Pop your pasta onto boil and let your sauce simmer until the chicken and pasta cooks.
