I wanna buy a home in Rome I found some for not too bad in Rome because I wanna be either in a city that’s in a big city or I want to be in a in a town that’s near a big city. I wanna be able to have like a car or something able to grow something But I don’t know it’s hard finding it please and I don’t mind something that needs to get fixed up that if it takes a couple years, it takes a couple years to fix it. I don’t mind that because I’m not planning to move there like in the next one or two years I wanna buy somethingup there first and then there.

Fully agree. We visited Italy recently for two weeks. We did go for a day to Florence and another to Rome. Those were the worst two days of our trip. We enjoyed small unknown to the most towns along the coast and in mountains immensely! The best food and the least expensive food was in small agro tourismo restaurants, unassuming osterias and gas stations! Yes, best cream croissant I bought on our way to Tuscany at a gas station 😁 I had dined at Cipriani in NYC for years. I know what good Italian food can taste like. I also noticed that Florence is throughly Americanized now. On my first visit 17yrs ago it was a lot less crowded with tourists and services were geared toward the locals.

Here in America (and Canada) we get Chinese buying homes to sit empty just for the price appreciation. We also get West Coast idiots and NYC residents buying up all the nice places in the cheaper parts of the country.

I love Italy.but I did visit the populat places to gey out of my system..Rome.Venice for condola ride and murano glass.Florence for the bridge.Pompey for history.Sorrento for Amalfy coast tours.next time hopefully can visit vinyards . Sicily..
