Details ⬇️ . First minute warming up 1 minute standing up 1 minute leaning forward 1 minute rest Total 15 minutes . If increasing the intensity is too hard, just maintain the same resistance. If 1 minute of pedaling is too hard, start with 30 seconds. Make the adjustments you need. . I cycle for 15 minutes twice a week on upper body days at the end of my workout. I don’t do them on leg days because leg days are already intense for me and I don’t think I could cycle after 😅😅 . I’ve been cycling for many years now and it’s one of my favorite cardio! I feel like it’s a whole body workout, but also mental because even if I’m tired, I keep pushing thorough and make sure I finish my 15 minutes. At the end, it feels so great! Sweating all the stress out and my body feels lighter ☺️ .
