@petervirdee: Punjab Flood Appeal 2025 Punjab is bleeding once again. This is not the first time our land and our people have been under attack we still carry the scars of 1984, we endured the devastation of the 1988 floods, and now in 2025 the waters have returned with even greater force. Entire villages are submerged, crops destroyed, homes swept away. The land itself has been wounded. Families are displaced, livelihoods shattered, and futures made uncertain. Yet in the face of this tragedy, we hold fast to our Chardi Khala that unbreakable spirit of resilience and optimism that no storm can drown. But spirit alone is not enough. Punjab needs urgent, real support. And let’s be clear, don’t get misled by fake charities or empty promises. Every donation must go directly to the people on the ground, to those fighting to survive and rebuild. We have survived every storm thrown at us.
