Not True. It takes Energy from fat First, yes, but with the process in the end it Doesnt matter if its from fat or gylocogen. The kcalories burned count in the end. So Zone 2 will Not make you burn fat faster.

that's wrong on so many levels. first exercise is extremely inefficient at losing fat. second it doesn't matter if you burn that or carbs. your body is not a furnace
