That guy from New York is hella chill and humble. For him defeating Speed in a race could help him out of poverty just by Speed remembering who he is and possibly becoming his friend, learning from him to get the best shoes, gear, etc. to be his best. Also, I love he handled the victory and said this was his only chance to race Speed and if he didn't race him then he would have never had another chance and he looks forward to racing Speed again at 100%. Some people are running so fast chasing their next meal and that hunger will make you push yourself into survival mode. This dude was very understanding and complimented Speed and did not rub it in his face after he won.
