well it a good thing driver's license are harder to get because cars kill many more times the people in our country than guns do! FACT! If you really want to do something about protecting our children than stop allowing them to be in "Gun Free zones " just more proof that gun laws don't work!

I appreciate everyone’s point of view. I’m not trying to debate anybody in their views or values. All I know is that a bunch of kids are dead and the guy that bought the gun to kill them bought it with ease. I don’t know what else I can do other than try to create some dialogue and hope somebody has some ideas to end this sadness.

What loopholes are you talking about? Every firearm I have gotten has gone through an extensive background check. But I am not a criminal who buys them off the streets. Remember fast and furious when Obama was smuggling guns into the country

Oh, and… The biggest gun loopholes are the private sale loophole, domestic violence gaps, default-proceed background checks, ghost guns, and inconsistent state laws. Together, these create a patchwork system where prohibited buyers can still get firearms.
