Escaped to big bear for Labor Day !!! *I feel like this is a super simple dinner when in an air bnb! with minimal (to none) waste when traveling :’) it’s for sure my go-to loll Chicken thigh marinade: oil (olive or avocado), soy sauce, lime juice, taco seasoning packet (helps avoid buying a ton of spices), minced garlic -guac: 2-3 avocados, 1 lime juiced, 1 white onion diced, 1-2 tomatoes diced, cilantro, minced garlic, salt topped with cotija cheese! -tortillas of choice! -whatever I have left over from guac (limes, cilantro, onion, tomato, cheese, etc) I just use as toppings for the tacos !! So yum 😊 *also got chips and salsa hehe
