I also care about animals. They are an exceptionally important part of the ecosystem, in fact they make up the majority of it. Ive always considered myself more aligned with druidism. I understand that the meat industry is bad and try to opt for the most humane and sustainable sources of meat I can, but I also understand consuming the bodies of fallen creatures or even felling them yourself for sustenance is part of nature. Im not judging you for opting out, I fully respect your choice to be vegan and have gone out of my way in the past to be accomodating to people who make different dietary choices. I just wish vegans would be more respectful of at least those of us who respect our meat and the creatures it comes from.

I eat meat none of these comments trigger me. I try to have to plant based meals a week because we need to look at the impact of intensive farming. Everyone do what you do and be happy, lecturing, moaning and looking down on people never changes anyone.

tbh if vegans cared about animals they wouldnt eat anything. because of all the deforestation happening to grow their crops. all the birds, rodents and insects etc etc that have to be killed to grow the crops etc. but they never talk about this 🤷♂️

If you really want to "trigger" us the only sentence you need is "I'm a Vegan", because unless we ask, we don't want to know. Yes we know where our food comes from, No we don't care about the environment, Yes we know how much fat is in "that", yet we still DON'T CARE 👍👍👍

I mean, I care about animals, but I am also an omnivore, as are humans as a species. just like bears, raccoon, crows, chickens and many many other species of animal. so if you want to be vegan then that's your choice and I respect it.
