I’ve been to several cities across this country and US and it’s not just Winnipeg. Every city has an area of town that you should avoid. This is nothing new. There needs to be an actual investment in social services to aid in actually helping people.

We have the largest urban native population and it shows. The drugs, theft and just bleakness of their existence is stunning. Worse part is no one talks about how tax payers are losing their city. That’s even worse!!!
