The comment about burying her in the dress bugged me. They were saying it meant she was returning, but I think she meant that she bought the beautiful (probably expensive) dress and wasn’t going to be able to wear it to the bah mitz vah so she wanted to be buried in it instead.

Do you think it's possible her lawyers asked the judge to ask Donna to confirm under oath that she was ok with the defense before her lawyers began questioning some of the witnesses, so they wouldn't be held liable for a poor defense or accused of being ineffective?

If and when Wendy is next I bet she would try so hard to get Alan Jackson as her Attorney because he was so fantastic in the Karen Read trial . However the difference is Wendy is really guilty and Karen was not guilty of the crime she was accused of.
