Almost 4 years. Not dating and isn't so much about no one better just feels like alot to start over. If God puts soneone in my life I'll try to be open to it but certainly not out hunting for it.

Dating is so hard, at 49. My guy died 5 years ago, suddenly. I can totally relate because I’m dating completely different people and also I am childless and having a hard time relating with men with teenagers …it’s been very difficult. But we hang in there.. ❤️💔❤️🩹

Great post! I'm a widow from a very happy marriage. When I started dating it gave me a high standard of who I wanted. A couple dates shamed me because I was dating after 2 years. But, I found a great guy. I knew I still had love to give.

I'm 4 1/2 years in. I've tried dating but it isn't what it used to be. I'm enjoying my freedom and empty nest. I'd have to find a person that could add to my happiness. I'm finally able to be happy. I no longer have to answer to anyone. Sharing a life with another, it would be nice. But I'm also content. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren.

I am not interested at all! I had the best he was amazing in every possible way! I would always probably find myself comparing! And that would not be fair to anyone else! When you have had one of the best, you don’t try and follow that ❤️🩹
