Honestly just pay your deductible and get your car fixed! Regardless, you were reversing so both of your insurances will see you as at fault !

No fault has nothing to do with vehicle damage. In FL, it means that if you are injured, the first $10k of medical bills is paid out of your policy regardless of who is at fault for the accident. If your bills exceed $10k and she was at fault, her insurance (if she even has any) would cover next, followed by any uninsured/underinsured coverage you might have.

No fault is for medical expenses only! It has nothing to do with damages or liability it just means you're required to carry medical coverage on your auto policy and any medical bills related to your injuries get billed through your policy first! Def call your insurance!

Never listen to anywho that does or says whatever to avoid giving your their auto insurance information. But also from a liability perspective…. You aren’t technically supposed to exit your driveway until it’s 100% clear to exit/make the right turn. You may still unfortunately have a small % fault… BUT I would still call her insurance company and report this/file a claim!! Call the police as a CYA for your auto insurance claim
