pray: p=praise (thank and praise the Lord for everything good, and even for the bad) r=repent (talk about your sins to the Lord, repenting is a way to put your sins behind yourself, and making and trying to not commit them again, ask for forgiveness aswell) a=ask (ask God for {not to many} things, like strength, ask for Him to guide you and to be with you through your life) y=yield (make yourself vulnerable, what God wants is your heart, not perfection, you dont need to be perfect during your prayer, or life, but give your life to Christ by yielding to His will) i hope this helps! have a blessed day (btw this is my common knowledge i have by praying and learning online) God bless ❤️

When you pray, DON’T try keeping things from God! You can’t hide something he ALREADY KNOWS, so feel free to share ALL of your problems, speak from your HEART. And remember, whenever you’re hurting and can’t bring yourself to speak, he already knows every word you want to say. A few genuine tears are far more meaningful than 100 fancy meaningless words!
