same on top of having iritis for about a month. it's finally going away after warm moidt ompresses every 3 hours and cleaning with Hypochlor spray on a cotton round. finally something helping

Hot compress, washing it out with baby soap, anti-inflammatorys, and washing my sheets is what I do! I feel like the compress and baby soap are the biggest help. Best use something like a bag of rice or something with mass that will retain heat.

wash your eye with baby shampoo, and use a potato, heat it up in the microwave and wrap it in a warm cloth and put on your eye, the potato stays warm longer
