sometimes i am irritated with the market seller because they soak it all over again to water to gather more water before weighing. they are too annoying. and even if it is one line they still count it.

as if this is something new lols. here in philippines once you put the meat in your pot or pan, it shrinks. It is full of water. They inject lots of water to the meat to make additional weight. we also have double dead meat. the chicken or pig died and they will butcher it and still sell it.
